Worse I ever had with car rental . Long waiting line over 1 hour and we end up with getting no car . Reason that I paid with my credit card and put my wife as main driver . They told us we have to rebook with Expedia since they are 3 rd party . There was many people there had all kind of issues . Stuff is very arrogant And most likely they have no enough cars that’s why they create all kind of this issues .Reviewed Oct 3 2024

Once we had the car, everything was fine. The process to get the car was frustrating. It wasn't available when we arrived so the agent tried to sneak us into a compact size car not a standard size car. When I questioned that, it was like I was the one with the problem. So then we had to wait to have a standard size car cleaned. Didn't seem like there was any urgency to try and help us to get us out of there.Reviewed Apr 22 2024
