Staff left and closed office despite having my planned arrival in the system. Customer service refused to do anything. Ended up paying for taxi and Hotel myself. No posted number to call for late arrivals, service. Used Enterprise Rental the next day and they treated me like a human who matters. Cannot recommend Enterprise Rental more.Reviewed Feb 17 2024

Pros:I was never informed that the drop off in Mooresville was during business hours so I had to travel 20+ miles to find the office was closed. Very inconvenient that I had to return the next day.Cons:Being notified that Mooresville office was closed with no after hour drop off. Plattsburgh pick up was excellent.Reviewed Sep 28 2020
