The local staff was remarkable not only were they attentive they were personable.Cons:
There is a significant difference between local staff who is awesome and the forwarding service that you are sent to when they don't answer. If I'm running 30 minutes late and want to warn them. The rental service wanted to charge me $150. Luckily I made it in time, but a simple late fee would have been more reasonable.Hertz
