You allowed us to rent a car that they did NOT HAVE!!!! They were sold out of cars and that is the only reason that we flew into GPT. They had been out of cars for days due to a special event that was happening in the city. All agencies were out of cars. Very bad business.Reviewed Oct 12 2023

Pros:Staff was very friendly but certainly understaffed. I was contacted 8 hours prior to picking up that the lot I was supposed to pick up from would be closed and to pick up at the airport. Once at the airport I was told they had no cars. After about one hour, we got a car. Staff was good and not her fault.
