Cons:
I never got a car. The reservation was made the same day and the girl told me that there was not enough time to get a car there. I was then put on a waiting list at both locations in Owensboro. I never got a call about the reservation even the next today. Was in Owensboro, KY visiting, with no car for the weekend. I would have expected at least a call the next day. At that point, there was no reason to get a car because I was leaving town Monday. I have rented a car many times before in my travels back to Owensboro, and never experienced this. I was very disappointed and had to change many plans due to not having a car available.10.0 Wonderful
