Staff at the pickup were kind, helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The reduced hours on both ends of the rental were very tricky to navigate and forced us to rent for two days for what was a one-day rental.

Agent 50 minutes late for pickup. On drop off I asked to move time later on my 2 day rental. Budget wanted to double the cost of the rental even though it would not have added an additional day and my overall rental period was still less than 48 hours. We rushed to get back before they closed only to find no one there again so we left keys in a drop box (which the phone agent had told us was not possible). Agent was pleasant and pickup very fast/efficient once he got there. Drop off was smooth with key box. Just frustrating that we rushed back to get there when they said we needed to be there by. Car itself was nice and clean and worked great.

Pros:

Hertz office closed. Went into the airport to rent vehicle and no one there. Just a sign that said call a number that was an answering machine for a Hertz office in Yakima. Called three times. Nobody ever called back.

Cons:

If a car rental company is going to close during COVID, let your customers know. This was a major inconvenience and there is nothing a customer can do about it. Don’t rent cars from small airports during Covid, you won’t get one. Especially from these booking sites.
