Never got the car, after arriving nobody was in the office and after calling multiple times they didn’t have any reservation made to my name despite having the reservation and itinerary numbers. They shielded behind the excuse of making a deposit to reserve and I was never ask that until that moment, plus no cell service to call customer support to resolve the issue with KAYAK. Someone made a mistake along those lines and I never do it again.Reviewed Jun 4 2024

They did not have my reservation and blamed Kayak. They tried to upsell me another car for $100 more and force me to pay insurance even though I have local insurance, international insurance, and insurance via my credit card.Reviewed May 21 2024

Pros:nothing in particularCons:There was something wrong between Kayak and Thrifty and when we got there to get our car they did not have any car matching the description and they charged us more to get a better car. And the insurance that we got from your website together with the car rental was NOT accepted!!! Worst experience car rental everReviewed Nov 19 2019
