When I got to the counter there was nobody there so another company tried to call them and nobody answered. I waited 45 mins for a bus to go back to the rental car center. When I got there, there was no car available. They informed me that I could wait there until they got another car, which would probably be hours or they'd try to get me a rental with another company with the same rate. They came back with a rate $300 more than the rate I was quoted. It was an awful experience.Reviewed Dec 6 2023
