Cons:The car rental companies need to be more transparent about rule changes. You must have a credit card to rent a car. They will not take a debit card, even if you have $100,000 in your account.

Pros:Everything was super easy and seamless.
Cons:The only thing that could have been better was with pick up the person in the parking ramp pointed us in the direction of the type of car we rented, but didn't explain the we were to pick which one we wanted and then drive out to the exit. We were confused until we watched another family hope in a car and drive away.

Cons:The app needs help. With help of a staff member, we had to go through the website to get to my info because the app did not find it. Otherwise, I liked picking out my own car and drop off was very easy!

Cons:The inside of the car smelled like smoke, car wasn’t very clean, There was too long of a wait to obtain car on the day of rental. When taking car back, too much info needed, they should have most of the info written down on envelope for you. Was told a receipt would be emailed to me, but didn’t receive one and had to call to get the final receipt.
