10.0 Wonderful
I’d really like to complement the staff & team at this Holiday Inn. Friendliness, accommodating and helpful. I had a change in my plans and needed a place to setup a mini workstation to take virtual meetings from 7-5p and the staff provided different solutions to help me. It was so awesome. The day was successful. I’m really thankful.

Pros:Breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfortable.
Cons:Room location was facing freeway. Very loud at night. The room could have been supplied with fresh towels and toiletries while we were out. This was not done.

Pros:The location can not be beat. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Very enjoyable stay!

Pros:Room was eh, but functional.
Cons:This hotel was bad, the staff wasn't helpful only after I was checking out that the staff was decent and actually gave us customer service but before that when I was trying to check in, the staff was not welcoming. Body language was off, greeting us was not so pleasant, another group of people who were standing by us seemed to have been treated the same. The worse was when our time to check was at 3 PM and when we came to check in, they told us that our room was not ready because of people extended their stay. I have never experienced this personally because, at other hotels, they always had the room ready for their customers no matter what. I had to wait a massive 4 additional hours until my room was ready. My party and I were extremely disappointed. Will never go back to this Holiday location, and I advise others who are booking to triple check your room availability, if not, beware of fighting with their customer service. Also, the price for this hotel is NOT worth it. Please see other options.

Cons:Staff was very rude and not very helpful throughout the entire trip. Starting from checkin to requesting a shuttle to asking for a razor everything seemed like such a chore. Everyone I encountered left a sour taste in my mouth

Pros:The bed was so comfy!!! I did ask for help or suggestions for me and my 11 year old to do in the evening and the driver (I hate I didn't get his name) really tried his hardest to help me out. It was hard since Austin is more of an adult atmosphere at night but he keep looking & always looked at location & price of a cab since I didn't have a car. He finally found a spot we could try out & he drove us there even though it was slightly out of their driving distance. He said he didnt want my daughter to be bored & wanted her to enjoy her stay. Very polite and helpful!
Cons:There is construction going on but nothing bad and no noise.

Pros:The room was comfortable and clean and included everything you'd expect to have in a hotel room.
Cons:The hotel was under renovations during my stay so the atmosphere of the hotel wasn't too nice, but that's understandable. The renovation plans look like they will be impressive once they are completed.
