Couldnt get a car , because i didnt want to do a credit check . Once i flew from washington and landed and got to the actual flight place was when they told me they were going to do a credit check . Pros:Pick up was easyCons:The car was dirty. ( insides were covered in dust and had a horrible musty smell) I needed to extend the length of the rental, but the automated phone line kept hanging up or disconnecting. I called the local office and they tried to charge me a completely different amount. I went to the office to show my receipt and he looked it up and said it was a computer malfunction. I then had to wait nearly 40 minutes to get my car. I will consider looking for other rental companies next time.Reviewed Jun 26 2020

Pros:The staff was efficient and knowledgeable. When I returned the car I dropped off the keys and was in an out which was helpful.Cons:Nothing I was in and out actually got an upgraded car For the price of the economy car I had reserved which was an unexpected and great surprise!Reviewed Nov 12 2019
