The combination of Avis and Budget led to confusion - on the pickup it was pretty clear but on the drop-off it was not very clear where and how the drop off should be done.Reviewed May 29 2024

Great experience at the counter. The car was dirty and probably not cleaned yet. I think they were just so busy turning cars around. I with the 4 hours I had the car were cheaper. This is why I rated it the way I did.Reviewed Apr 27 2024
