I hated literally everything about this rentalCons:
When I select a specific airport I do not expect the reservation to be switched to a satellite rental office 30 minutes away from the airport and then be told by your customer service that there is absolutely nothing that can be done. Time, effort, money, and stress added to travel is not something that is needed. In the event I consider using your services again I’ve requested friends to brain me with a heavy object. This state would be preferable to trying to the nonsense I experienced.8.8 Very good

I reserved a car online, and flew 800 miles . But when i arrived they told me i was not eligible to rent because of a deductible in 2004. Something I still have no knowledge of. Also poor customer service in Huntsville. Alabama.8.4 Very good

Cons:
The Lin’s seemed to move slow when I was picking up the car. There was only one person in front of me and it took a good 10 minutes to get me through the line. I’ve always thought car rental companies should pay attention to that metric. The last thing someone wants to be doing after a long airline flight is wait in a slow moving line.Thrifty

I arrived to pick up my car and was informed that they had no reservation for me. The insurance I purchased I was charged for. But the reservation charge never went through. I ended up having to just book another car from a different provider across town.2.0 Poor
