Pros:The location was good and the price was reasonable
Cons:The A/C switching on and off kept my wife and me up all night. Free coffee in the lobby would have been a welcome touch, but there was none.

Cons:The room temperature was set on 65° in the middle of winter, and there was no way to change it. I froze all night.

Cons:That you didn't have coffee in the lobby as a courtesy for your customers. I had to stay another night in Charlottesville due to weather and moved to another hotel. Their rates were better, had coffee, chocolate chip cookies, lemonade, cheese and crackers as a courtesy, the staff were much more engaging, and they even picked me up at the drs office and took me to the hotel. The accommodations were just as nice.

Pros:I loved the hotel overall. The staff that greeted us were very professional and friendly. The room looked like it had been recently updated and had some nice modern amenities. The cafe located in the hotel was alright as far as the food. Nothing great and nothing bad.
Cons:We didh have a hard time finding our room because there was what they called a terrance level which was labeled 0 an not 1 like most hotels. But after the first night we got the hang of it.
