The vehicle and pick up were good. Shuttle service was very efficient to the port. However, a $9.99 port access fee was added to the bill. This was not parking the price that was booked originally.

Pick up was a nightmare. Took over 90 minutes to line up and get a car. Took the Budget shuttle from the cruise port. It identified only as Budget and the driver didn't advise that there are 2 locations. Of course I was at the wrong location. Paid an additional fee so I could get a car after the longest wait. The guy behind the counter wanted me to buy the toll pass for $13 per day. Said there was no option of paying if I didn't have exact change and it would cost me $10 to $15 to get to Orlando from Port Canaveral, it cost me no more than $10 and each toll had a person that was there to give change. The toll from Disney to the airport $2.75. It would have cost an additional $70 had we bought the "toll plan" as recommended. If I spent $15, it would surprise me. Drop off was a breeze. Took all of 2 minutes and the interaction was pleasant

It was extremely busy however every person on line was “priority@ except me. So every time they called someone new it was “priority”. I ended up getting passed by a lot of people and waiting for longer than I felt necessary for my car. So that felt like an insult because I am not priority because I never travel because I am a teacher. So how about we start prioritizing teachers and stop prioritizing business people. Thanks

Had a 9am appointment, there were 60-70 people there in big lines … Avis overbooked reservations vs number of cars they had. By 11am (approximately) we got a car that had no gas in it, low fuel Light on. Employees were doing there best to deal with a problem they didn’t create - but not a pleasant experience for us (with elderly wheel chair grandparents with us) or for anyone else there

There was a very long line to pick up, but the staff was very efficient and kind. Drop-off was a bit complex because it was not clear that one must access the parking and head to the 5th floor, but after figuring it out, everything was very quick and smooth. Great experience!

Was not able to get the car as not a cruise ship passenger-my family did without -fortunately I live in the town. Rental car blames Kayak-was not notified of requirements for picking up at requested location! Shame on you!

When renting a car a few days prior in Orlando (and dropping off to this exact location) we were given the option for picking out what car we wanted and it was a REALLY nice thing. We were traveling with 3 teenagers and it was great to pick a car that really meet our needs and didn't beak the bank. This time we were assigned cars. There were other people at the counter renting in the same catagory as us who were getting to pick or were getting offered the brand new crossovers that were coming in. We had and older car and it was cramped- especially seeing how we ended up needing to drive back to NY in it after some other travel plans changed suddenly

This location only services cruise ship passengers. They would not rent to us and would not assist us in any way. Essentially stranded is in Cape Canaveral. That should be prominently noted on your site for this location.

The worst experience I have ever had with a rental car. Long wait time to get car, charged for a car seat when I didn’t have one. Then to top it off the vehicle was infested with German roaches. Spent hours inspecting our luggage’s and throwing away belongings that were infested with the roaches.

the car was not available at the scheduled pickup time. I had to wait 80 minutes for a car to be returned and cleaned. There were 4 other people in front of me waiting for a car to become available
