I could not cancel online and had to wait for 20 minutes to talk to a rep who tried to charge me $100 cancellation fee!! Ridiculous. Won't use Hertz again. I then told her it was covid related and she waived the $100. Guess a lie is what is required!!!!2.0 Poor

The gentleman who showed me the vehicle was very kind & funny.Cons:
The pick-up process was very long. I told to go to one location but when I got there found out that location was closed & to go to another location on the other side of town. When I got to that location I still had to wait nearly an hour before I was able to take the vehicle. The original pickup time was noon, but I wasn't able to drive it until 3:30 due to the vehicle "not being ready". Additionally, the drop off was very unorganized, I stood in line for more than 20 minutes until someone finally acknowledged me. It was then that I was able to hand them the keys & they will email me a receipt, but because they were short staffed I wasn't able to go over the vehicle with them in person Also, the location has very limited parking so there are vehicles scattered everywhere & stacked 4 deep in addition to parking on the side streets. This location seemed very unorganized & not very friendlyAlamo

My flight was delayed due to bad weather over the Rockies, and by the time I arrived at my destination their booth was closed. I tried calling them 3 times during the day to alert them and no one answered (kept on hold every single time). They did not attempt to call me, and also did not leave the keys for my pick up. I ended up stranded at the airport trying to find transportation to my hotel. Awful experience.10.0 Wonderful
