The vehicle was not cleaned inside or out. It had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke inside. The staff was not helpful at all and said that no other vehicle was available. I should have canceled and requested a refund!!Cons:

It was a surprise that on top of the payment I owed $80 in taxes. This negated the benefit of this transaction vs other reservations. Then, my flight arrived at 9PM. Hertz was closed.
