They CONFIRMED the rental, but didn’t have a car! I arrived at the airport and they told me they had no cars. They acknowledged that I had a reservation, but said they couldn’t honor it. I had to go rent a more expensive car from an off-campus rental company. Notably, the same group also does Alamo rentals here, and the last car that I had with them was infested with cockroaches.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
The car smelled like cigarettes and I asked for a new one that didnt smell and was told that there wasnt anything they could do they said they would call me and met me know when a new one was available but never called. I tried to exchange it 3 times and ended up having to buy air fresheners for the car. Nothing ever happened with getting a new car.
