Welcome to the Embassy Suites Denver International Airport hotel. Our all suite property is conveniently located minutes from the airport. We offer a 24 7 airport shuttle service. All reservations will be assessed with a 5 dollar fee for round trip airport transfers. Our seven-story 174 suite hotel features a lobby atrium. We also offer contemporary cuisine at Claim Bar and Restaurant. Enjoy our swimming pool and fitness center as well as more space to relax or work. Refresh with a beverage from the lobby bar which sits at the base of the mining tipple in the atrium. Select a two room suite, some rooms feature a view of the Rocky Mountains. In room amenities include a private bedroom, sofa bed, wet bar, mini refrigerator, and microwave. Wake up to freshly made coffee in your suite. Do not book through Traveleuro. Booked a two room suite, with confirmation. Arrived to a single room. Called their helpline multiple times and no help. After the stay there is no way to get a refund. Searching the company, I see many others with same problem. It’s a scam company.
Pros:Size comfort of room

Pros:The suite was large and clean. Close to the airport. The people in the restaurant were all nice.
Cons:All the services were less than I expected. The shuttle took forever. The guy who picked me up did not put the bag in the back and left me to drag it up and into car in pouring rain. The front desk person was unpleasant and impatient. Every question irritated. The food was horrible. Things were sloppy in the room (alarm went off in the middle of the middle of the night, no lamps were plugged in). It seemed like a hotel in decline. It wasn't worth the extra money.
Pros:Fantastic to stay at an ES. Always roomy, clean and nice breakfasts. Tried the restaurant for dinner and was pleased.
Cons:Only miss was the shower. The faucet was unattached from wall and has been caulked but still pulled away. Needs to be up to the standard of the other aspects and not a patch job.
Pros:Chris, the bartender, did not disappoint! He could tell I was thirsty and acted accordingly. Very attentive and courteous. Kudos to Chris ! It's not Mar-a-lago, so I don't have to worry about Trumps ego getting in my way. Lots of space here.
Cons:Breakfast sausage needed flavor, but the eggs weren't half bad.

Pros:Everything was perfect
Pros:The hotel offered a park and ride package for overnight guests. Stay one night and park from one to three weeks in lieu of airport parking. This is a good value, especially if you're able to enjoy the Manager's Reception and the hot breakfast before heading to the airport. We appreciated the food options during the Manager's Reception - better than average selection of items and also had a decent dinner at CLAIM the on-site restaurant. The hotel has been remodeled and rooms are fresh and furnishings are stylish and updated. Our bed was a bit too firm and linens seemed thin. The bathroom remodel was limited to a new backlit mirror. Our Shuttle driver was funny, courteous and helpful. Bartender was not personable, in the least.
Cons:While I appreciate this is a family style hotel and over the holidays I expect families to be traveling, the inability of parents to control their children these days is utterly appalling. It was difficult to enjoy the Manager's Reception and dinner at the on-site restaurant while little ones screamed at the top of their lungs and were allowed to run around unsupervised while their parents sat and drank. A sensitive topic to be sure, but buyer beware of the potential for this to occur.
