Pros:Pick up and drop off were easy for an off site airport location. The car was in very good shape.Cons:Many hidden fees. The total was more than double the original quote price. During paperwork I had even asked what the new price would be with the mandatory insurance, and I was told the quote plus the insurance which was a price far less than what I ended up being charged. If you rent from them, demand an invoice in advance so you know exactly what you'll be paying. I personally would not rent from them again.Reviewed Nov 12 2019

Cons:I specifically made my reservation two weeks in advance because I needed a minivan, however when I arrived to EZ Rent a Car, there were none available, and no reasonable accommodations or compensation was offered. They didn't seem to care, at all. This is unacceptable and I will never do business with EZ Rent a Car again.Reviewed Nov 5 2019
