Representative at car rental place was honest. Everything was exceptionally poor. We had made reservation for SUV 1 month in advance and did online checkin submitting copy of our license and insurance several days back confirming reservation. When we reach the airport and called for shuttle, the rental place said that THERE ARE NO CARS AVAILABLE. We said we have reservation, they said they can’t help, no cars came back to give it to us and we should look at other places. Ultimately they said they have a Honda civic that they can give and that’s their last car. We went to pick that up to the rental place which is far not at airport. It was basic model Honda civic so we asked for refund for rest of the money since we paid for SUV, they said no it’s same price we can take it or leave it. He also said that they overbook cars rentals by 25% and everyone showed up so we ended up with no vehicle. We took the car but unfortunately we could hardly breath in it because it was filled with SMOKE. we had to leave windows open for 3 days to be able to breath. Very bad service they took 500 cad extra for milage and insurance also I was supposed to get Ford Explorer but they gave me Ford escape 😢. So please I need my money back.Reviewed Jul 25 2024

I arrived and the car that i reserved was not there and they have no solution from me. So i had to cancel direct with the compagny on line and e took me 2h30 to found another car, elsewhere and i couln't have the unlimited km , so i paid more that i was expected.700$ more.very desapointed.no services, no help.no nothing.Reviewed Jul 15 2024

I had assumed this would be a reputable car rental establishment. It’s nothing but a cabin close to the airport. There was no shuttle available to pick me up so I had to get a taxi there. Drop off was a shambles with around 10 people waiting to pickup their cars. There was no drop off procedure and manager kept cabin locked and let o my one person on at a time which left me pounding on door repeatedly as I didnt want to miss my flight.Reviewed Oct 11 2023

Would never ever rent any car from this unprofessional rude rental car company. 1. Extremely rude staff 2. Totally untidy and unacceptable condition cars for rent 3. Unacceptable wait times for shuttle pickup from the airport and also to finish formalities to pickup the rental car 4. Reckless and attitude issues of the staff 5. - Website say location of “economic” in the airport, but “economic” is not in the airport, I walk with my family during winter for more than 30 minutes. Website say false information - Ofice of “economic” is a old and small house without chairs for the customers - Counter person is very rude, don’t have training in customer service - Counter person was asking me pay $45 per day for insurance, but I never pay insurance because I have insurance car in Canada for my cars. Finally I show a proof of my insurance and pay $60 for the 5 days of rental. - I rented a Toyota Corolla or similar but I finally received a big car (KIA Carnival) with a hight gas consumptionReviewed Mar 16 2023
