Let customers know they must have a major credit card to rent a vehicle. The first representative that I spoke to when I went to pick up the rental was very rude, did not help. He was very sarcastic which was very upsetting because at that moment I thought my air b&b had been paid for I did panic and your representative did nothing to help again was extremely rude. I finally was able to get my brother to go to the airport drove from the west side to help me rent the car your second representative was extremely nice, helpful and professional I wished I would have gotten both their names.Thrifty

It took two people ten minutes to check me out (not including actual car pickup). During that time, I saw another person in line leave out of frustration. The car they rented me did not have a remote key, even though it should have had one. Only one door lock on the whole car. Had to lock the doors before closing, and I accidentally locked the key in the trunk once, which required me to call AAA.
