The absolute most rudest staff & human beings we have ever had to work with. Customer service is horrible. I have already submitted a claim. Run away from this place! Complete scam of a company. Over charging for insurance. Staff will curse at you when you ask for paper work. My wife took a video of the situation which has now been posted all over social media. We hope we shine some light for those who would even consider renting a car here. Run away! Do not rent a car from the Europcar in Cabo airport area literally a few steps from the arrival & departure of the airport. We are disgusted & can believe my family had to endure these ruthless acts from these unprofessional people.Reviewed Aug 11 2024
