Being up front with their fees, I went in with the misguided notion that my reservation would be honored at the amount agreed on. Instead I was charged my reservation amount with an additional “company policy fee” of $400 on top of what I was already paying for the actual rental. My $300 rental had now come out to over $700. It was supposed to be filled up but was only at 1/4 tank. Had to go back so they could fill it. Still wasn't filled completely. Lots of scratches to outside of vehicle, including vandalism of the paint job. Was supposed to seat 7, with luggage. Not as much space as advertised.10.0 Wonderful

I booked online, I payed the deposit, I showed up to pick up the car and they told me they didn't have anything for me, that they wouldn't honor my booking, wouldn't refund my deposit, and I was forced to spend $250 to buy a ticket for a 26 minute flight.Cons:
