Cons:- air conditioner was not working properly, was turning on and off all night and seemed to have a mind of its own. - my girlfriend and I just had our flight canceled and had been at the airport all day for 10 hours and just wanted to get a room and sleep, yet the front desk agent would not stop talking to us about random things. Then we get up the next morning at 4 am to make our early flight, walk out to the lobby to check out, and the front desk agent was laying on the couch by the fire and said "Hey guys!" and ran back behind the desk to help us. Should be more professional.

Pros:Facility is conveniently located near highway, restaurants all around the area. Facility is newer/ remodeld, good decor, comfortable and clean rooms
Cons:Hallways were being painted, not aware of staying in those conditions. Staff was inconsistent and not helpful when requesting late check-out.

Pros:The property was clean and well renovated.
Cons:The staff was quite rude and uncooperative. No early check in, no late check out, no extra pillows.. Asked for a quiet room and they gave us the loudest room in hotel - closest to the lobby adjacent to the elevator and housekeeping. They were not even willing or able to provide a receipt for the bill.

Pros:I have stayed here numerous times even when it was under construction ayah wad always pleasant, place wad always clean, and it is convenient to many places. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are so clean. Breakfast was great would recommend to anyone.

Cons:Everything was fine until we fell asleep. We were awakened by a horrible smell we think it was co I got from the air conditioner. We had to finally turn it off and sleep without it and it was very hot! We would have called the front desk but this happened at 1 am and we didn't want to switch rooms in the middle of the night. We told the front desk the next morning.

Pros:good staff. Very comfortable beds with good pillows. Safe.
Cons:television was bolted to the wall. This made the television’s HDMI jacks inaccessible. Your viewing options were the hotel's limited channels selection or nothing.
