When I dropped off at JFK Airport, I was in dire need of a restroom after driving across New York and getting stuck in traffic. The woman at the desk didn’t want to give the code to use the restroom. I guess that will teach me not to have White Privilege.8.0 Very good

The pickup location was unable to get information on other locations one way vehicle selection. I had a busy day and was trying to find a vehicle in a location closer to my work. Drop off location was under staffed and some what unprofessional looking. The vehicle had scratching, some plastic missing from the body, and dirt around the passage door on the interior (making me question the disinfectant sticker).National
