Pros:The pickup was not at the Appleton Airport. I landed and went straight the Hertz counter and was told that I rented from Hertz half a mile down the road. They told me they could not change the rental and that I'd need to get an Uber to take me to the other Hertz location. I could however return the rental to the airport location. I won't rent from Hertz again and I will tell everyone I know about this experience.Cons:They could have switched the rental or at the very least given me a ride to the other location. I had to pay my Uber driver $10 for the inconvenience that Hertz caused me.Reviewed Oct 28 2020

Pros:I went to the wrong Hertz counter. I went to the one at the airport but I really had rented it from a counter about a 20 minute walk away. The woman behind the counter went way out of her way to ensure that I got to the right place comfortably. She was incredible.Cons:I rented the car on Saturday to be brought back on Sunday. The woman at that counter did not tell me that the office would be closed on Sunday. I did not know how to return the car and did not feel confident that I did the right thing and was worried about being charged extra.Reviewed Feb 10 2020

Cons:The employees there were extremely rude and not willing to work with me whatsoever. Never going back. If I need to use a rental again, I'd rather go somewhere else than go back to that hertz and have that staff make me feel like a complete idiot. Horrible horrible customer service from the employees.Reviewed Feb 4 2020
