Pros:
The pickup was not at the Appleton Airport. I landed and went straight the Hertz counter and was told that I rented from Hertz half a mile down the road. They told me they could not change the rental and that I'd need to get an Uber to take me to the other Hertz location. I could however return the rental to the airport location. I won't rent from Hertz again and I will tell everyone I know about this experience.Cons:
They could have switched the rental or at the very least given me a ride to the other location. I had to pay my Uber driver $10 for the inconvenience that Hertz caused me.10.0 Wonderful

I went to the wrong Hertz counter. I went to the one at the airport but I really had rented it from a counter about a 20 minute walk away. The woman behind the counter went way out of her way to ensure that I got to the right place comfortably. She was incredible.Cons:
I rented the car on Saturday to be brought back on Sunday. The woman at that counter did not tell me that the office would be closed on Sunday. I did not know how to return the car and did not feel confident that I did the right thing and was worried about being charged extra.National
