The staff is excellent, the pickup and drop off of the rental process is great also!

Cons:

The prices are a tad bit expensive compared to other competitors.

It was pure shitty. The National number gave a reservation. I get to me he facilities tu there was no car availiable. Needless to say it completely screwed my whole weekend

I liked my rental vehicle but the customer service experience was bad. The staff were not personable or professional. The pickup facility was bare bones and looked unfinished. Drop off location looked better but staff person just said “All I need is the key.” No questions, no other comments. I would not recommend and doubt I would use again unless last option.

Got there to pick it up and they didn't have any vehicles to rent even though i had a registration. I was extremely disappointed. I went to Enterprise and got a Murano within 30 minutes and our vacation to the beach was on schedule.
