Could not even stay because of the state of them room. Checkin and immediately checked out after getting to the room. Staff was not helpful even after I offered to pay for upgraded accommodations. Reasons for the departures: the bug infestation, bathroom falling apart and room was a shoe box (marketed as a studio suit) and probably not updated for 15 years.

Pros:We like the location This time I had the villa 2 bedroom with loft. It was wonderful. Very much like home.
Cons:We did a timeshare. They told me 60 minutes but ended up being 4 hours. We weren’t the only ones to be disappointed with our original person. Just to long.

Cons:Washers and dryers out side the entry door thats is shared by a condo villa. The people in the villa were doing laundry all night and the noise from the machines keep me up all night. The toilet was was very low to the floor something that would be good at a preschool. The beds were platforms something from the 1970's Couldn't connect to internet for the four nights we were there. Guest service were very quick to respond to text messages and said they were working on it.. We still had to pay the 14 dallor a night for amenities even thought we didn't get internet that was part of it and the only thing we wanted to use.

Pros:I liked that there was a small kitchen in the one bedroom unit. I liked that they had a free shuttle to the theme parks - although if you went early you had to return before the park closed. We got a ride there and used Uber to return - cheeper than parking.
Cons:The door connecting our unit to the next unit was not very sound proof. We could hear everything that was said in that unit - the conversations, the tv, the swearing, the yelling - everything. TV was small and out of date - no High Def - Only Analog. Fire alarm went off during the night. You have to pay to use the internet. You have to pay to use the gym. They had a breakfast buffet that I would not recommend. I have had better breakfasts at a hotel that has a complimentary breakfast. They offered french toast that was rock hard. Fruit was hard as well. Not many options of things to eat to choose from.
