The entire trip was great. The staff at the hotel was great. Our vacation was great.

We are here for 2 weeks. This is the end of week one and I’m trying to convince my wife to leave. Can’t sleep in the uncomfortable beds. Doors bang all night because Marriott apparently can’t figure out how to secure the outside doors from the wind. Phones in room didn’t work all week to call the front desk etc. It’s impossible to get a comfortable temp in the room because of all the openings (can feel wind blowing into the room with the AC off). The beds are uncomfortable. Haven’t slept in a few days. Love Maui but don’t like it here at Marriott :-( My family has owned a Marriott timeshare for years. Prob won’t come back to this one…

Pros:As always its very family friendly that accommodates the entire family. Lot of kids activities for all ages and the many pools makes it fun for all to pool hop within the same resort. Staff are always showing Aloha and the bbq grills are nice to have. Ocean front property and the beach is beautiful with a beach walk to the end of resorts.

Cons:Lack of a full kitchen and washer-dryer. Crowded pool (but it was a holiday week, so that is to be expected). Parking is difficult. Beach was rocky and not good for swimming. The pool bar closes at 7 pm. Why so early?
