Pros:Nice service
Cons:I arrived around midnight, expecting a good room and bed to sleep after driving for 16 hours. Upon arrival the first thing the front clerk told me was: "I can't check in anybody, the system is down". After i told him i had a reservation and confirmation number through hotels.com he only said "well, call them to cancel so you can get your money back". Good thing i called hotels.com and they found a different hotel in the area for the nights that i paid for. I have stayed in this hotel before and it was a good experience, but this time they totally forgot about good customer service. I mean, they have keys at the front, what about give me a room for the night while you figure out the system. It was late and we had no place to go.
Pros:Not many positives.
Cons:1.) This hotel does not have a laundry room.. Nearest facility was a crowded laundry in a seedy part of.. the next town! 2.) Very slim choices for breakfast. 3.) Sticking front door on the guest room. 4.) I am not handicapped, but I was assigned the handicapped room because it was the only one left. Upn seeing this as an example of a Travelodge handicapped room, I would would not recommend it to my handicapped friends.
Pros:Breakfast and swimming pool were good. Easy access to Angeles Nat'l Forest.
Cons:Far from town makes driving so terrible. Although they charged my card when I booked and no cancellation is able, a hidden fee once I checked in.
Pros:Staff (at check-in counter, as well as, housekeeping staff) were friendly & accommodating. I was running behind schedule and had requested for a possible later check-out for which they graciously allowed without hassle.
Cons:Although I love the waffle maker - the breakfast had few other options to choose from.
