Pros:
Car was nice, clean, and comfortable.Cons:
Rate at pickup was about $70 more than rate quoted. (This was quickly fixed.) Drop-off point was a Mazda Dealership - there wasn't any signage at all. I had to ask the sales guys if I was in the right place and, even after they pointed me to the right place, the only "signage" was a COVID notice on the door and a rug on the floor INSIDE the facility. When a customer is trying to return property you by a specific deadline, this additional stress is not a good thing.Budget
