Pros:The bed and quietness of the second room were nice. The mini-fridge kept everything very cold.
Cons:When we checked in, we were asked if we had pets. We replied no. Just as we were leaving for our evening out, rooms around us began to fill up with families with dogs. At least 3 rooms next to us and across the hall had dogs and they were all barking. As we left, we asked if we could change rooms. The clerk said we could not unless everything was out of our room first (with no offer to help). We were leaving for a New Years Eve wedding and exception. So, we asked if they would please save a room away from the animals. When we returned, that had been done. The night clerk was much more helpful and service oriented. We should not have been put on the same floor with people with pets. Just not well-trained. Also, not great attitude.
