Dollar window was closed so we had to go to Hertz who took their customers first. Car was very stinky and the key fob went dead half way through our trip and we had to stop and replace it as we were afraid the car wouldn't start or we wouldn't be able to lock or unlock it at a stopBudget

Car stank of marijuana - the worst kind of smell ever in the fabric of the car It never went away the entire trip. And the kids couldn’t stand it. Horrible every single tome we used the car. Umbearable - why would Alamo rent a car like this to anyone? Big mistake especially with kids10.0 Wonderful

Despite having a reservation, had to wait in line at counter for over 45 minutes, as three agents were handling all rentals for Avis, Budget, and Payless, and none of the three seemed to have cars ready. After finally making it out to the garage, had to wait another 30 minutes because the car assigned to me was not ready—over an hour after my scheduled (reserved?) pick up time. Received a hybrid vehicle and did not appreciate the engine cutting off at every stop and the lack of power on the road. On return, only one guy was on duty trying to check in all the cars being returned. This operation is a joke; avoid it at all costs!2.0 Poor
