Overall service is good, the only thing I would like airasia to improve is there seating. Their seat handles are broken as well as the back rest

The aircraft were very clean and well-maintained. The crew was very professional, and I would not hesitate to fly with this airline again. In fact, it will probably be my go to airline for flying in Southeast Asia.

No REFUND!!! My flight was delayed by 5 hours then 6 more hours making it unusable. No refunds!!!! They called it a minor delay. Because my connecting flight wasn't with kayak, no refund.
