Our hotel in Rochester, MN is across the street from Saint Marys Hospital with complimentary hot breakfast buffet daily, free parking and a free shuttle to and from the Mayo Clinic Downtown Campus and Methodist Hospital. All of our suites include a wet bar with a mini-fridge and microwave. Cons:First room smelled of smoke. We were moved to a new room. We brought our own disinfect spray and wipes. Found more dirt then we should have. Accidentally spilled some water on floor by the kitchen sink. When wiped up with paper towels, the towels were filthy when done. I expected more from a Marriott property.

Pros:Kind snd genuine staff, close to Mayo St Marys
Cons:Rooms old, hotel old, former okd Fairfiled Inn, not at all like mee Sprimghill Suites.

Pros:It is very close to Saint Mary's Hospital but there are many in that general area.
Cons:Too expensive, the decor is dated, pool was closed for repairs, breakfast was luke warm and not very tasty.
