Kiosk at the airport was unmanned and had to use Alamo for picking up the Enterprise reserved vehicle. The line was long and moved slowly and took about 30 minutes. Very disappointed with that portion of the process, otherwise was a fine experience.8.0 Very good

Cons:
Car rental was not at airport, was offsite at an old hotel which was very strange. Shuttle was broken down upon arrival and not running for our departure. We had to take an Uber to the airport which was very inconvenient because we were traveling with a car seat and a small child.
