Pros:Staff are friendly, like all Indonesians.
Cons:Poor location - it's a long way from Ubud. Nothing else close by at all. Food poor - worst meal I've had in Indonesia. Breakfast order incomplete - breakfast on the first morning was incomplete, you get half a cup of coffee and it's hard work trying to get a second half a cup. Shuttle service poor - the shuttle service to Ubud was 40mins late leaving, only having 1 day here 40 mins is quite some time. Staff lied why shuttle was late, said the car had a flat tyre but it was parked next to where we were standing the whole tome. The shuttle service back to the "villa" was only 20 mins late leaving Ubud but still late. Toilet wouldn't flush - toilet in the room wouldn't flush, this was fixed when we brought it to their attention. Room is very small - wasn't expecting a big room but this is very small and was also full of ants. Walls thin - so you can hear EVERYTHING from next door. We were lucky to have a baby that seemed to cry a lot, great. Could also hear adults talking and the tv. The "villa" is anything but luxury. It you want a villa, don't stay here. If you want quiet, don't stay here. If you want nice food, don't stay here. If your happy with a small noisy room and a tiny pool and are not fussed about nice food then this is a good place for you.
