Very old airplane with old and seat for business class

Riyadh to Dhaka was disaster! Passengers were standing the whole flight blocking ways for using restrooms. Bathrooms were extremely dirty. Food quality was very poor. Overall Riyadh to Dhaka was extremely poor and bad experience.

There is issue with first name and every thing is correct, and they did not onboard, it was really bad experience I recommend not to buy ticket and support team is very poor ever though online support is very bad

The staff were courteous. The best part is that this airlines has a place designated for prayer. As a Muslim it’s very important for me to be able to pray and the airlines facilitated this for me and others who were on the flight. The other great aspect of this travel is there was no alcohol served. I love this airlines

The entertainment system on my seat didn’t work for the whole length of the flight, staff was not helpful. Horrible experience. Its so hard to go through a flight from LA to jeddah with no movies.

The plane was bad, a lot of pressure in the cabin, I was in pain and my ear drums almost popped

I like the price of the ticket. I do not like the waiting, waiting, waiting to drop off luggage. I do not like the waiting, waiting, waiting to board. I liked that the flight was on time.

Very poor Customer service…the girl at the check in desk was horrible. her service was not even close to world standard but I think Flynass can improve and learn to treat their customers better

The flight delayed. No screen, no charge for mobile devices. The portion of food is very small. The food is not delicious and no sweet just 3 pieces of fruit mostly apple. If you want coffee or tea you have to buy even you buy ticket at higher price than airlines that offer drinks, snacks and meals for free.

No TVs are working, in my local busses also not work sometimes. Is the both are same,,

The timing for this flight is really odd.. at 4.45AM If it was 1AM or 8AM it would be great. I guess its probably for European connecting flights with Emirates? Anyway, for a budget airline, the business class product in FlyDubai is quite decent. You even get Champagne, although 4AM is an off time to have it. The Throne seat for me while is great for privacy, sleeping isn't great for the foot extension. This flight is great for me due to its direct nature but if Emirates did it, I would choose that.

The quality is worse and worse , this business ticket pricing is overpriced !!!!

The Plane was very small.. domestic route will perfect not international

If I have a choice I would not use this airline. They moved by booking to Smart Wings, an airline they code share with. Changing terminals in buses and dealing with some of the staff associated with it is not the best experience. Having stated that I must share that the crew of Smart Wings airlines was polite.

Consider serving food to all passengers regardless of food reservation status during booking.

This was a smartwings operated flight. Flydubai is no longer value for money. Their prices are as high as emirates whereas delays, services and overall quality is as low as any other low cost carrier.

The only highlight on this flight was the taste of the food, which was surprisingly good. Everything else was below average, and the cabin crew service especially stood out for being slow and inattentive. We were surrounded by toddlers/babies and it made our 4 hour flight feel like 10 hours. Granted, that's not the airline's fault, but it added to the overall subpar experience.

Second-row economy doesn't have leg space if you are 6 feet

Honestly pretty good for a discount airline. I was pretty nervous booking them because the reviews I read were all terrible, but the crew were friendly, they provided a small meal for a 70 minute flight, the plane was clean, the take off and landing were flawless. Very happy with the flight.

Nile air is more expensive than Egypt air as it is what you buy when Egyptaor flights are full. There is no way to check in online , which adds an unnecessary layer of stress to the trip .

Delayed more than an hour going to Jaddah and more than 2 hours coming back.

Economic travel but still expensive, small aircraft , but best time to travel .

Transit through Cairo was abysmal. Will be informing colleagues A route I will never take again !!!

I had to wait 1 hour at Tashkent airport till they find my reservation number this is very poor
