they could not prepare or provide the required food that has been booked
Honestly pretty good for a discount airline. I was pretty nervous booking them because the reviews I read were all terrible, but the crew were friendly, they provided a small meal for a 70 minute flight, the plane was clean, the take off and landing were flawless. Very happy with the flight.
The leg from Jed to Ciro was not related to any avaiation standard. The return leg was fine but online checking in was not allowed where I was not able to choose a seat
Nile air is more expensive than Egypt air as it is what you buy when Egyptaor flights are full. There is no way to check in online , which adds an unnecessary layer of stress to the trip .
Delayed more than an hour going to Jaddah and more than 2 hours coming back.
Economic travel but still expensive, small aircraft , but best time to travel .

I had to wait 1 hour at Tashkent airport till they find my reservation number this is very poor
