The flight was delayed so connection was missed. In Istanbul we were taken to a hotel and no one in the hotel knew so we had to wait hours in the lobby of the hotel while the airline and hotel coordinated. The airline staff is rude at times

Seats are not clean inside the very dirty and need to improve

7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. Please have our mileage points posted to our membership account from O’Hare Chicago to Lahore for both my wife Kaukab Shirazi Thank you

The economy seats are small and crowded, but overall the food was very good, cutest little gift bags also! Crew was very nice and professional. Everything was clean.

They sell the option to select chairs in extrafly price level, but this is not true. I was not able to select the seats. The food was not the requested option. They suppously offer glutten free menu, but during the fly that was nos availble.

Everything was good ,except the entertainment screen froses for hall way

The internet was not working during the 10 hour. This situation was known by the cabin crew before the flight. If so, information should be given to passangers. Some people should work during the flight.

My checked bag did not get loaded on the aircraft in Istanbul. Other than that, the flight was smooth, on time and the crew was friendly, efficient, and professional.
