The flight was ok, the flight attendants were lovely, the movies were good, the food was ok, and I am just sad because my luggage didn't arrive with me in Iasi because the flight from Vancouver to Frankfurt was delayed and then I barely made the rest of my flights. Also, there was no real support once I got off each of the flights. There was nobody to ask about gate or where to be and for example when I got off in Vienna to catch the flight to Iasi there was no screen where I could read the gate and time of departure of the plane. I was going crazy trying to find the plane to Iasi and I barely made it. When my luggage finally arrived home it was broken. The handle was completely broken and that was not so good. I am in a visit here, in Romania, and I will have to buy a new luggage.

Crew was great. Flight was delayed by 2 hours. Seat was not comfortable. Overall experience was mediocre.
The flight crew, the on-plane service, and the food were fine. The seats lacked cushioning and were uncomfortable compared to other planes from recent flights. The plane was initially delayed one hour and that expanded to 1.5 hours. When we boarded, there was insufficient room for our carry-on bags, which added more time to disembarking from the plane. It appeared the Air Canada staff or the Toronto Airport staff were less than competent to handle whatever the issue was that caused the delays, which was never communicated.
They failed to make sure all luggage made it onto the flight. I had to spend a week on vacation with no clothes.
Boarding was haphazard after people with small children or walking difficulties
No complains with the crew. But generally speaking food is awful, entertainment is not good either.

Due to flights being delayed, we missed our connecting flights and we were flown to a different airlines and we end up losing our luggage's.
Full flight with ok comfort levels. Zero in flight entertainment. Dinner served was fair… taste mostly ok (bread a bit stale) and way too little for such a long flight. Technical stop in Cyprus just to switch crew which seems unnecessary. (Other airlines from Europe who do not want overnight layover in Beirut do not switch crews.). Thought that some passengers would disembark in Larnaca (CY) but no, stop was solely for crew change.
The boarding process is not well organized at all. It need to be totally revised with an emphasis on order.
Terrible. A 6 hour delay and no one could be bothered to communicate or help change routes to avoid unnecessary delays and frustration
It was a short flight but everything was great! I would fly with British Airways again.
It was difficult to board from London to accra. Had to get there an hour before and almost missed the flight. Did not get enough rest time at the lounge
Boarding was chaotic. Glad we were group 5 and still had cabin storage available when we boarded. I was expecting crew would get our carryons at the gate since theyclaimed it was a full flight.
I was charged fees for check in bags at the airport by British Airways. It was supposed to be no charge but Kayak messed up my booking apparently and I had to pay for check in bags. I paid $175.
The flight was severely delayed. The check in desk was rude.
Everything worked well. But nothing really stood out. BA is a reliable work horse for international travel. Moderately priced, reliable but not outstanding in any aspect. I will definitely use them again. The morning flights out of India a definite blessing.
Business class area too small and chair and equipment not comfortable .
I enjoyed the flight. I did find it strange that when I arrived at my seat although I had paid for a window seat that I was assigned a middle seat. Thankfully I was between a couple and they wanted to sit together. Please do a better job with this BA!
Poor BA get a lot of stick and have some problems getting your bags to the same destination BUT the whole experience is very much 5 star and probably due to excellent, helpful and sooo British staff. We travelled in economy plus.
