My experience with Qatar airway was very unsatisfactory. They lost my child’s stroller and I was told they found it and will send it to the hotel which was a lie. I had to go back to the airport baggage claim and pick up myself after trying to contact them many times!. There was a lack professional and communication. I am very disappointed in Qatar airway and will not be recommending them to friends and family nor will I be flying with them in the future.

My experience with Qatar airway was very unsatisfactory. They lost my child’s stroller and I was told they found it and will send it to the hotel which was a lie. Seating is terrible, having seats so crammed is unacceptable for a 15-hour journey. I cannot stress enough how uncomfortable it is to sit in such an aircraft. Leg space is roomier in a domestic aircraft. I have not experienced this kind of crammy seating in domestic flights either in the US or other international airlines overseas.

Aircraft was spacious compared to American Airlines, food was great, entertainment was much better with a wide variety of options, and the crew was very polite.

Our male flight attendant was top notch - wish I could remember his name. Boarding is never fun when I have to ride the shuttle to the middle of the tarmac and pull my carry on bags up the stairs to my seat. My knees are banged up and my shoulders give me pain, so the flight started off poorly. The seat leg rests don’t recline completely so that makes is difficult if not dangerous to get in and out of the middle seats. The entertainment system touch screens prevented one from seeing the options. They are old and the software needs to be updated. I was on six planes in the last two weeks and able to see the flight progress without any stress. Couldn’t watch anything else. I do like Qatar Airways, just not a fan of a few things.

There was not enough food for everybody. Some dishes were missing.

riding in first class, you don't expect every time you order your dinner or breakfast that the first thing the stewardess says is Let me see if we have any left. Also, the food selection was not great: 3 of 4 entrees had mushrooms and I dont eat mushrooms, the 4th item was 'let me see if we have any left' and this was within 30 mins of entering the flight! Same experience level, it didn't feel first class this round.

The overall flight experience between Doha and Kolkata was satisfactory. The staff onboard were notably engaged, responsive, and enthusiastic, providing a level of service that stood out, especially when compared to the less attentive crew on the earlier leg from Heathrow to Doha. Their eagerness to assist made the journey more pleasant. Additionally, the time spent at the Silver Lounge in Doha contributed positively to the experience. The lounge offered a comfortable and relaxing environment, with adequate amenities and attentive staff. Overall, both the flight and the lounge experience in Doha met expectations, making for a smooth and satisfactory travel experience.

There was frequent beverage ,meal and snack service. The crew was very hospitable and professional.

Being a platinum member, no attention given. No towel or tissue provided.

I had first class service from them. A little late taking off, but no major problem

Overall a great experience, no movies were available. Bags were delivered a bit late. Seat controls were not working well. I couldn't make my bed fully flat.

It is almost 7 hours journey ,you should have provided with TV entertainment and mobile charging

I think the staff was short. Being Vegan, I ordered a custom meal. The meal was not provided both two ways. I assume they forgot. They were short on staff. It was taking for ever to provide service. people were getting restless.

Very poor show. Flight got delayed due to fog in Lahore. This is understandable. However, no arrangements were made for nany hours, once some things was organised, there was no leadership, no support to families with children's, disabled passengers. Took to hotel where it took 3 hours to sort out room allocation, that after finding partner to a minimum of 4 people. Couples were asked to find another couple before room is allocated. After 2 5 Hours of reaching room, return journey started with total chaos, no leadership at airport. Several derours to finally get new boarding passes. Asking the reason why flight was cancelled, the Saudi airline staff recommended using other Airlines in future. Finally boarding nobody inside the aeroplane helping old, illiterate to find their allocated sears. Sort out luggage storage. All the staff stayed in their kitchen areas to let passengers sort out. In-flight service wad good. Overall very poor experience.

It’s very tiring journey with only 3 seats in a row and not good for family of four. Online checkin don’t work and unable to select the seats while going.

Ok, the flight was not full yet I had people on both sided and the chairs were tight. Only 2 kinds of snacks didn’t even have milk for the coffee.

Food was bad, boarding experience especially at Jeddah was extremely chaotic. Flights were very uncomfortable with Meals at odd times

Make all food options available, than running out even before mid way through the service

Make the food options available, than running out even before mid way through the service.

Very old airplane with old and seat for business class

The plane was old and several things were broken including my seat. The sinks in the restrooms didn’t drain. The armrest on my seat was broken so the seat was constantly reclined. The tray table was broken. The fabric was coming off the seats. The overhead bin doors wouldn’t stay locked. The hotel accommodation was disgusting.

Boarding was chaotic and disorganized, and the foot rest to my seat was broken. But the food was good and the flight attendants were kind and attentive.

So bad we never travel with Egypt air bad service smells bad food bad Ching my sets to back

Food was terrible (I tried the beef plate). Service is improved. The plane is new so it was good enough

Horrible old filthy airplane with brooking seat and entertainment system

Boarding was a nightmare. Still the B773s don’t have WIFI and are a something from the 90s in terms of comfort.

Cairo airport has probably the most stressful and overcomplicated security system in the world. Can't really blame Egypt Airlines.

I have been traveling for over 30 years, and this was THE worst experience ever. The guy that was checking in at Dubai, didn’t have any professionalism or curtesy. During the flight, You had to wait a while just to get something to drink. They didn’t transfer all my luggage, even after they made me pay $155 extra for one small gallon of Zamzam water, and that luggage is still missing after three days of my arrival. NEVER AGAIN..,

The flight was cancelled with very little info at the airport. Absolutely mess with no option to reschedule flights without paying fortune for business class.

On time, smooth flight… very old and run down aircraft

Flight was delayed by one hour but overall fine. Was a bit scared due to bad reviews but it was all fine.

Hours of delay after boarding and closing the door before departure without enough explanation

Given the horrible reviews for Tunisair I was just hoping that I would get to Tunis and home. I did, with delay, but, for the price (about half the other options and the only direct flight) I considered that it was a good choice and actually quite high on the price-performance curve. While the cabin looks threadbare, the main problem for comfort was that the toilet doors did not properly close and one toilet was unavailable and remaining toilet became completely filthy ... I mean excrement all over the toilet. Really disgusting. The flight to Tunis was two hours late, and the schedule showed a departure one hour earlier than what turned out to be the actual scheduled departure, something I could only find out the day before the flight by continual checking. The return flight was just one hour late, I was delighted ! Fortunately, I had planned my activities to expect, in the best case, late flights, so I was happy with what I got. Staff are not bubbling over charm but I thought service was perfectly adequate, the food was perfectly eatable. Despite good marks for boarding, that is only once you get to the gate, in Tunis it is pretty bad, and despite being able to get an e-ticket they don't accept them at security so you have to wait in the line to check-in with baggage even if you don't have baggage. But that isn't Tunisair's fault.

Cons: "Plane is late No food or drinks at all only water Plane all full is was very bad flight and services"
Pros: "I like the schedule of flights it will be the same time as you wrote it and the stuff it will bitter then these"
Cons: "When you book for any people let them know about the delay of flights and about the foods it very poor"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The flight delayed for more than an hour and have. They combined two flights and 2 destinations together. It went chaotic . People were confused about their seats. Many seats were assigned to 2 peoples... Yelling and loud on plane. Many missed their connection. Passengers were not happy at all"
Cons: "The flight was delayed for 5 hours and the plane was older then me, it was so crappy. The food was the worst, everything is cold and tasteless, worst airplane ever. In conclusion it was the worst flight i ever token."
Pros: "The loading from the back of the plane was brilliant! The timeliness of the flight was nice! Staff was friendly and polite. They were very efficient & effective!"
Cons: "The food options were given as couscous or veggies but their was no specification as to containing met or what kind. Any entertainment whatsoever would be better for longer flights. The seats could be in beter repair and cleaner."
