Hertz/Localiza was great. I have rented a lot of cars from them without any problem.Cons:
The problem was the address for the car rental agency that CarRentals.com sent me via email was incomplete (no street name) so when it put it in google maps and waze nothing would show up. The phone number also wasn't working so it took driving to several locations and over an hour an a half to find the car rental agency.Europcar
