The price was good and the location was also. But soon as I walked in my room, there was a real bad musky smell. Turns out that it was coming from the AC unit. Couldn't sleep with the comforter on the bed because it was stained real bad. Woke up the next day to ants covering the nightstand and my cup. I showed the receptionist the pictures of it. She said that she would tell the manager about it. I never heard anything from neither one of them about it. They could have at least moved me to another room or gave me a partial refund or something. I went to Lowe's to buy poisons to kill the bugs and Lysol to wipe everything down. And also bought plugins to mask the musky smell. I will never got to that hotel again. I should have read the reviews before the booking, because they had similar reviews to what I was going through at that hotel.
Pros:Rooms were clean, staff was generally great, and the breakfast was solid. Eggs, biscuits, gravy, grits, etc.
Cons:The furniture, especially the sofas, was uncomfortable and the room felt humid and smelled musty.
Pros:The room was roomy and clean. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was a nice surprise!! Saved us from having to find a place to eat. Usually hotels have some danishes, cold cereal and fruit. The full breakfast gave a great start to the day! Thank you!!!!
