Located in the heart of downtown Nashville’s Midtown neighborhood, this eco-friendly hotel is just a 10-minutes walk away from Music Row and offers contemporary rooms with free WiFi. It was a nice place to stay but not near a lot of the fun stuff. Requested an adjoining room and even called to make sure my friends and I could get one and was told yes of course! Got there to check in and we didn't have adjoining rooms. Disappointing as we booked with them as they guaranteed this.

Our room was clean. The staff was very helpful. Sure could use better in room coffee makers! I would also suggest that they have complementary coffee in the lobby.

Sink didn't drain, sheets were stained and lied when they said they changed them. AC stopped working twice without being fixed, $60 per day parking even it says $32 per day (that's old signage they said), nobody wearing masks at all or social distancing, restaurant closed but not listed anywhere before booking, no free parking not posted anywhere ashen booking, hallway was freezing, TV kept going out and most channels did not work. Horrible experience

Pros:Extremely friendly, accommodating and beautiful hotel. I love the old school accommodations with turning down the bed at evening and water bottles whenever needed. The rooms were nice and dark with the blackout curtains, staff was some of the friendliest I have encountered and would do anything to make our stay wonderful. Amazing hotel and amazing stay. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel. Fantastic location as well.
Cons:The only downfall were the few times we tried to get picked up by the shuttle. Leaving the hotel in the shuttle was never an issue but being picked up would often get very busy and we were told 7-10 min and not hear from anyone 40-50 min later. A few times pick up was fast but the majority of the time we ended up having to call uber.

Pros:Our introduction to The Hutton was by American Express. The 1st person I spoke to was Lisa Powers from the Concierge Team. She was fabulous. She sent us an extensive list for proposed things to do in advance. She spent a great deal of time prior to arrival talking to me about options for tours, restaurants etc.. I was coordinating for a group of 6. By the time we arrived our shows and tours were booked. She even assisted with a wonderful hair and dinner appts.. She greeted us upon arrival and the service continued. What a great intro. The entire hotel team, Tony, Laura Will, Megan, Eric and Ellie and Wendall who handled room service. The team in the restaurant bar, Rachel, Dennis, Cody and Eric were fantastic as well!!!
Cons:Despite the fact that the rooms were beautiful and clean, we felt the maid service could have been a little more through. We had one meal at the 1808 Restaurant. It was fabulous. It might be a best kept secret. Perhaps it is because the hours for dinner of 5:30-9 was a little limiting. We had an Italian restaurant up the Street that begins with an A. We had to have dinner there one night. The food was good but no comparison to 1808. The service was terrible. I think 1808 might be a hidden gem.

Pros:The Hutton is centrally located and the staff are fantastic. They also also pets and do a great job making the owners and pets feel welcome.

Pros:We planned on going to New York or Chicago when my wife suggested Nashville. I immediately thought of honky tonks and country music, but I'm into new things and so we set a course to Nashville. There were several Hotel options, and we pick the Hutton because it seem to apeal to us more so than the others when we saw the website. we were not disappointed. We had a great time.
