The property is set up to share space with another hotel within the same brand, this was very confusing! There was no mention of this set up when we booked our rooms or even at check in. The front desk at each should be instructed to give even just a brief overview of the arrangement. The elevators, check in, parking, breakfast were all confusing and being given no explanation was frustrating. Also the A/C wasn’t working in one of our rooms. Several calls to the front desk shortly after we arrived were met with indifference and the issue was never addressed. Very disappointed at being in Richmond, VA in August with no A/C .
Pros:Location and room size
Cons:The bed and sheets were very uncomfortable, like sandpaper. The hotel elevators and parking garage are somewhat confusing.
Pros:Beautiful location with great access to nearby venues. New construction so everything was well designed and up-to-date. Friendly staff!
Cons:The cleaning ruined it for me. The bathroom was poorly cleaned before I got there and during my stay. Multiple issues with this prompted me to write a review. I'm hoping they correct this issue moving forward.
