I flew Club World and was SHOCKED at how totally absent the crew were for the duration of the flight. So much so that we received no drink service other than the post-departure cocktail and that was it. Wasn't even offered tea/coffee and the in-flight attention was so bad that literally minutes before landing the one crew member for our row was scrambling to pick up left-behind water bottles, glassware, trash. And the rest of the crew had already stowed all carts, he was cramming the trash into the lavatory trash can and was stashing the glassware frantically in the galley as we were on final approach. He was so scrambled he left two overhead lockers wide open (that he'd opened) for landing. Unbelievable!

Flight was fine, food much better than anticipated, and flight attendants were helpful and friendly!

App totally screwed me up trying to check in. Would not let me select a reasonable seat and therefore I was stuck in a totally uncomfortable seat for 7 hours. Will not take the chance again and use other airlines in future where no issue choosing seats

More than 3 hours delayed. And they knew about it the night before already. I had a laugh when the captain said - don’t take out your frustration on the staff. Before take off Business class seats had very little space. My knees were digging into the seat in front

Pretty disappointing. Paid for business class. It was burning up the entire flight. For a 7 hr flight, after the first few hrs. The crew disappeared. Poor service.

The crew was great, the food was great, the seats were torture. I just could not get comfortable. Too narrow, too close to the seat in front. I felt guilty about reclining my seat and resisted but the people in front of me did not feel the same way. I thought both coming and going that the discomfort would conceivably be enough to prevent me from going abroad in the future. Will it? I'm not sure - but it will definitely be a factor in my choice of travel.

Disaster out of City Airport with our flight cancelled and very little help.

Flight OK but they only loaded half of the checked bags on. This they only told us on arrival

Already stated this! Terrible experience! Never again to fly with British Airways!!!

it didn’t happen!!! they canceled it like 15 hours before the flight and made me find my OWN replacement flight and talk to them for FOUR hours!!!
