Seats were in disrepair. Seat back pockets were all broken. Seats recline very far, which is comfortable for occupant, but confining for person behind.
Very poor service. Not friendly and special food ordered but not served
Food could have been hotter. More padding needed in economy seats
Very good, it took a little too long for the food to come out on a service that left after midnight but everything was great.
It was a good experience, it was just the the connecting flight after that was a problem.
Boarding from Accra was chaotic and disorganized. Otherwise, it was a good flight with good food and customer service
Food was horrible and not suitable the world famous Turkish cuisine and hospitality.
We waited 4 hours in the flight to take off but then the flight was cancelled.
It was ok. This flight was for my 80 year old grandparents and when they arrived to Beirut no wheelchair (as requested) was waiting for them. My grandpa had to pick up his own luggage, he got soooo tired. No one to help him as we submitted the request ahead of time
Staff with low service level, forgetful. Temperature at 15 C and after asking twice to raise the temperature the crew did nothing.
More than 3 hours delayed. And they knew about it the night before already. I had a laugh when the captain said - don’t take out your frustration on the staff. Before take off Business class seats had very little space. My knees were digging into the seat in front
Very disappointed late takeoff led them to rebook me on American and United. The latter was cancrllrfg
The crew was great, the food was great, the seats were torture. I just could not get comfortable. Too narrow, too close to the seat in front. I felt guilty about reclining my seat and resisted but the people in front of me did not feel the same way. I thought both coming and going that the discomfort would conceivably be enough to prevent me from going abroad in the future. Will it? I'm not sure - but it will definitely be a factor in my choice of travel.
I wasn't able to request a special meal on the on line check in. I informed the cabin crew and they went out of their way to find foods I could eat. I am very grateful.
Disaster out of City Airport with our flight cancelled and very little help.
Flight OK but they only loaded half of the checked bags on. This they only told us on arrival
Already stated this! Terrible experience! Never again to fly with British Airways!!!
Flight was delayed hours which caused us to miss our connection and lose a day of vacation. CHS staff was great.
