Reasonably comfortable. Plenty of room. Crew were attentive and continually informing passengers of position. Although stuck in runway for 1 hour, weather issues, it felt like we were the crews first priority

App totally screwed me up trying to check in. Would not let me select a reasonable seat and therefore I was stuck in a totally uncomfortable seat for 7 hours. Will not take the chance again and use other airlines in future where no issue choosing seats
I am 70 with carry on bag. Was told to go down two flights of stairs the had to climb stairs at rear of plane. Skywalk to front of plane was not offered. I was in row 26
I’m appreciative that the crews were polite. I didn’t eat the food due to my nutrition plan.
Flight was 1 hour 40 minutes late in departure. My luggage was left at Heathrow but is being delivered today. All things considered, it was a good flight.
I wasn't able to request a special meal on the on line check in. I informed the cabin crew and they went out of their way to find foods I could eat. I am very grateful.
Overall American Airlines are good. For a long haul flight I would have appreciated if they had offered water durning the flight, as they don't provide individual water bottles. I applaud their recycling efforts onboard.
Experience was probably the best I’ve had on BA for a long time. Only thing is A380 is old now and it needs upgrading. The en re attainment screens are very small and the touchscreen barely works.
Unreliable for flight to and from Paris - taken 6 flights this year and delayed on the way back every single time - very frustrating. And to top it all up - baggage delays are horrendous
Flight was delayed hours which caused us to miss our connection and lose a day of vacation. CHS staff was great.
